This was a machine-generated message soliciting the refinance of our home mortgage. Because of the preliminary greeting message on our home phone answering machine, this type of solicitation can only work if one of us is here to pick up the phone and participate. We were only able to record the last third of the messages that asked us to please press menu selections but gave us no other information. [ASC has failed miserably in this respect.]  We Live in Tacoma WA, and ASC is our Des Moines, IA (a PO box only) mortgage servicing company that collects payments on a variety of home and real estate loans.
