I received a call from this number on 10/21/2011 at 12:56 pm. The caller hung up when I answered. I am reporting it to the FCC because when I returned the call it was not in service. The caller id must be being scrambled. I spoke with my switchboard and this might be a computer generated number (google call), a voip (voive-over-IP) number. I'm still reporting it to the FCC since it came in opn my caller id. Also if it IS a computer number you will get the 'out of service' message only until they turn the device back on - so keep calling the number and you may get someone.
