UPDATE TO POST:
I am fairly ceratin that this is a collections agency. I did some research and my results point to Premier Collections in Iowa. (aka Premier Bankcard) with whom I do not have a card but do have a debt dispute with a creditor where they "bought" out the debt in dispute.
They called me and told me about a free one week trial, and I told them I didn't want it and asked them to remove me from their list. Then they asked me if I thought they were a telemarketer and I said yes and they told me I was rude and thanked me for being rude.
This # called several times asking to speak with Nichole. Actually told my wife they were with Missouri Social Services once and knew we did not want "Nichole" talking to them - demanding to speak with her. I have called them back 3 times now pointing out that I am on the "do not call" database, there is no Nichole here. The last time I got the names of the people I spoke to - reiterating my demand that they stop calling. The name of the company is: GRANTSEARCHAID and they also use 712-945-0176 GRANTSEARCHAID & 9203613329 posing as Keith Yedinak with "Prepaid Legal" Services trying to sell them as well - all asking to speak with "Nichole".
