Who called from 7129862323

I'm from Quebec too (I guess they are going through 514 area code today), just got a call on my cell from this number with a message in Spanish a few minutes ago.  I don't understand Spanish but it was something to the effect of, "you won/are eligible for a million $ prize".  Obviously I hung up.

They aren't very smart scam artists if they are hitting Canadian numbers with a Spanish message.

I have ATT and got this stupid call as well.

It is the "Annoyance Call Bureau Department" at Century Link  (Qwest).

Call them to put in a complaint.  Maybe that will stop the harassing calls.

Just got a call from this number on my cell, she was yelling and speaking very fast in Spanish, i heard inclusive and family lol a least i think thats what it translates too, so thinking they are saying a trip or something that we have won lmao
