Got a call from this number with recorded message about "Cardholder Services" being able to lower my interest rate. Msg. said they've been monitoring my credit card, and can lower my interest rate. I pay 0%, so if they were to lower my rate, they'd owe me money. This is a scam. Anyway, this call came on Oct. 27, 2016 @ 12:15 P.M. Eastern time. Didn't log this one, until I got another call today from 813-728-8615. It is a scam, too.
