Also received a message from this company completely misrepresenting themselves as being from my "county's collection office" and that they would be filing documents with the county in which I reside within 24 hours and a bench warrant would be issued. They are allegedly trying to collect on a debt from over 10 years ago, of which the legal statutes of collection have far passed. When I called back to get their legal name, as I intend to report them to the FTC, the BBB, and my state and county's attorney's office for misrepresentation, a Robert answered the phone and did not seem to appreciate my calling to find out what the company's name is. He then proceeded to hang up on me twice. The second time was when I called back to ask to speak to a supervisor. He claimed to already know who I was however would neither transfer me nor answer any questions I had for him. This company is just a huge scam artist who's only apparent goal is to try and berate and belittle people into paying invalid debt. BEWARE!!
they called my mother-in-law house and left a message on her answering service for me ;stating that i got 48hours to reply before they issue a brench warrant for my arrest
Received call stating that this was Special Investigator Robert Cuz From the Legal Processing Division and he was issuing legal documents with the state of Arizona regarding a debt. I explained to him he was in violation of Federal Bankruptcy and State law to be contacting me and he began to become upset and condescending, using racial slurs such as cracke and called me a piece of s@#t. So I explained to him that I was recording conversation so he hung up on me. Will be investigating him and reporting to the FTC.

This caller left four messages from four different numbers. They are calling supposedly with a document number from the State of Arizona, stating a warrant would be issued for my arrest, if I didn't call them within 24 hours. They sound real so I thought I would look it up and sounds like it's a fraud. They say they are investigators serving papers. I don't know if I should call them back? I reached them after hours.
Total scam. Low-life kitchen-table debt scammers. There's no arrest for ordinary civil debt. Only judges can issue warrants and they are only issued to duly constituted law-enforcement authorities. Debt scammers can't get arrest warrants. Period.
