I did a callback from a blocked number and the automatic answering service said the company is called Superior Benefits. They say they are an Insurance "Plan" Company. I've never heard of such a thing!

It appears that these people are running a telemarketing scam to bilk people out of money with the promise of cheap health insurance. If you get any future calls, tell them you will be reporting their phone number and their name to your local District Attorney AND the Better Business Bureau for insurance fraud and for false representation as an agent of a nonexistent insurance corporation.
Someone called from this number and said "I don't see whats so f*cking funny" then hung up. I called back and was put on hold for 10minutes.
When I got a representative, they said they had gotten my information from a website request I filled out looking for health insurance. I haven't been researching insurance for over a year and NEVER put my number on those things so I have no idea how they got it.
