713 is one of the many area codes for the Houston area. Caller ID indicates this number is "out of area" when in fact it is a local number. No msg or anything. Probably another scam. Another number for my reject list.
I have received 10+ calls from this number in less than 24 hours. I put it on my block list, but the calls continue, sometimes less than 20 minutes between calls. See the post I entered yesterday.
Oh and they dont leave a message and will just keep calling and calling until you answer and say you dont want it. Then they will change numbers and call again in a month.
