Called last night and again this morning from unknown number. Called herself Julia McHenry and claim she was going to serve me between 3 PM and 5 PM today legal paperwork and that if she couldn't reach me at home she would try my place of business and if I refuse to comply with being in either of those locations then I would miss my court date. She gave a case number and said if I wanted to make prior arrangements or reschedule my being served to give a call at the number listed 713-234-6635.for the record she claimed to be a process server with The county in which I reside except that the county in which I reside has no record of A current court case.
