I have received multiple calls from 713-244-5682, on both a landline and a cell number that is on a do not call registry. the calls are several times per day without any message left, ever I am not going to answer since I have been the victim of identity theft and scammed this past year. The same thing happens to me. I block the number and then they call again. If it was important they should have left a message. And that "Do not call" registry is not working! It did in the past but not now.
I answered once because at a glance the number looked like one for a legitimate contact. They said that I had given my number to a promotion of some sort. I never give this number to anyone I do not want to talk. I told them to remove this number from their list, as the law requires. Now I get a call every few days but never answer. How can they think that if I refused to talk to them once I would ever buy something from them?
