This number is a male posing as a "Lt. Collins" with Harris County Sheriff's Office. He advises people that they have outstanding warrants and will attempt to get you to transfer money to him via cards over the phone. Although he sounds very authoritative, do NOT give this man any information or money. Ask for a badge number or department phone number where you can reach him. Go to your local police department to verify any information he is telling you.
