I received a call from unknown phone number; it was a lady by the name of Gabby Alvira, stating she was an independent contractor out of Harris County Circuit. She stated that there was a civil suit against me and she is calling me because her client told her I never responded to the paperwork that was given to me. I told her I never received paperwork and she said for me to call the client at 713-257-9982 in order to find out what this was about; since my documents were sealed she couldn't give me any information. I told her to tell her client, since she works for them, that I never received any paperwork. She kept insisting I call that phone number to get the information. I hung up.
Keeps calling from an unknown number multiple times per day. Then a woman left a voicemail with this number as the contact number. I reverse looked up this number and it said it belonged to someone name Juan Alvarez and that it was a landline. I still don't know what they want, who they are, but I am scared now and don't trust it.
Got a call today from "unknown". A woman left a voice mail saying she works for a processing service and is notifying me that she will be serving me legal papers and needs my signature to when she serves them. She left this # as a callback number. These false legal scams are too common and people don't get a warning when they're being served, or so I thought.

A lady by the name of Laura (or lauren) stone left a message on my cell from an unknown #. Said she's an independent processor from my county (said the county's name). Said I am being served and that she will come to my current home address to have me sign papers. Also said if she cannot reach me at my home monday from 3-5 then she would go to my employers to find me. Said if it goes unsigned the court date would go on without me. I called my county court house and am waiting for a call back to check into this. The lady from the unknown # gave me the 713-257-9982 # and a reference # "if i had any questions" I'm not calling it!
