Unknown number, call went straight to "music on hold" when answered without identifying the source. Presumed scammer; no reputable business would call a number on the DNC, no reputable survey would fail to ID themselves FIRST, and any candidate or charity that I haven't already told to never call again had best say what they are calling about UP FRONT if they expect anything but grief.
