Have you heard anymore? I just had a message from this number claiming to b DEA agent and had a warrant for my arrest for buying from online pharmacy and I need to call asap . Wth.
Ignore and block the calls. This is a scam originating in the Dominican Republic. No one has any warrants for your arrest. If there was a federal warrant out for you you would be aware of it because you would have been the subject of a grand jury proceeding.
Like I say total scam. Been going on for years.

Caller left msg and claimed to be special agent steve thomas, badge #1511 from the DEA Enforcement Adminstration. He stated he had a warrant to search my home and a arrest warrant for me for because I bought something illegal from an online pharmacy in the past.
Just had the identical message from this "agent". He left a message to call him. They've attempted to do this 3 times over the last 3-4 years. Once they claimed to be the IRS, the other times it was the DEA. They try to "walk you through" paying money to have arrest warrants lifted, so I played along. They send you in stages to various checkpoints and say, call me back when you've arrived at such-and-such location, all the while leading you to an automated teller at a bank. Of course, I didn't go to any of the checkpoints or send them any money, just played along long enough to figure out the game. EVERYONE BEWARE!!!
