Yet another bill collector posing as an attorney's office from a alleged payday loan. They are not really from a Attorney's office and you can't be arrested for debt. If there was a felony warrant, you wouldn't get a phone call or any warning or chance to pay it off. Report this to the FTC and your attorney generals office

They called and acted like my ex-husband was going to go to jail unless i helped with this and called them right away. then ended with this ominous "Good luck Mr, Nash where ever you are"
Received a call from this number and 661-302-4259 with the same information that a warranty for an arrest would be issued, for a felony charge, but could not tell what the charge was. If I wanted to stop the warrant, then I need to call back and speak with a lawyer.
Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process. They will deliver the notification without warning.
(Here is more info than you really need on process serving:

Also, if you were threatened with an "arrest warrant" via a phone call or email, read this:
http://news.uscourts.gov/warning-arrest-warrant-scam
"The warrant is phony. A valid warrant would not be served by fax or e-mail. It would be served in person by a U.S. Marshal or other law enforcement officer."
"Anyone receiving a fake arrest warrant should contact the FBI or the district U.S. Marshals Office. If there is any question regarding the authenticity of a warrant, contact your district clerk of court."
