Who called from 7133223941

Called 10-3 9:44am, left no message. I called back, got telemarketers recording promising $200 gift card for completing  survey. Blocked number.

Called once on monday, and again on Tuesday, both times a recording saying I have won a giftcard. Hung up and blocked.

Got a call from this number on Wednesday, call was offering me a gift card, told her I was not interested and hung up.  Today, Thursday, I got another call from the same number and didn't answer.  I'm sure it's a scam.

Call repeatedly, I never answer. I assume scam as well

"Can you hear me?" scam
