Called and did not leave a message. I have been receiving plenty of calls from 713-338-XXXX numbers and they either hang up when I pick up, or if I do not pick up they do not leave a message. I guess it is one of those annoying numbers. I am just not picking up any number that would start with 713-338.

I have been receiving several calls from this number, several times a day in rapid sucession and finally answered.
I informed Emily I am on the Do not call list and do not want anymore calls. She wants to sell me hearing aids, maybe she should buy some, because she keeps calling.
I'm also getting called constantly from 713338____ numbers everyday. If anyone is unfortunate enough to be harassed by these robocallers, my advice would be get a new number because the calls never stop. I have half a mind to call HPD and report it if I weren't so darned lazy...
