Attorney general office did not identify me by name, left a message stating i had a lawsuit against my name, and social security number, and i would be arrested in 30min. If i did not return their phone call!!

It is NOT the AG calling you.  It is a liar and thief.  Contact your real attorney general 's office.  It is illegal for them to claim they are the AG.  It is also illegal to make threats. ..arrest will not happen.
