Called at 5:45 am. Recorded message that I was going to be arrested if I did not respond. It has been almost 12 hours and no one has shown up. What a bunch of idiots. How stupid do they think I am. Got another call from a different number a few hours later.
Caller said the IRS is filing a suit against me. The IRS does not call anyone. They see you in person or mail you a letter. I did not call the number back. It is a cell number in Texas and belongs to Aerial communications.
Beware off this IRS scam they will call and say a law suit and final notice do not call the number back that's where they get your info from they are spoofing numbers from a call center . When u call they say I owed money since 2008 and if I don't pay them I going to jail ask if I had a lawyer read a bunch off fake charges fake case number even acted like a officer don't fall for this scam use common sense rember these people are scammers . Let every one no about this scam so nobody calls for it post it every where and even call and report them to save others they can't speak good English
A partial recorded message, starting in mid-sentence and suggesting that I call back regarding '. . . a case file in Texas' ??? I have no idea what this is 'about', if anything. It's been many years since I even passed through Texas, and I didn't stay, overnight or otherwise.
