Some jerk named Mr. Flores has called 14 times a day for the past month. He will not tell me what the call is regarding all he says is that he has faxed information and someone told him accounting would handle it and ever since he got that bit of information he has been holding on to it like a life line and throwing it in my face everytime I tell him that no one in accounting is available. Like it is my fault no one will call him back. The information he faxed does not tell my accounting manager anything she needs to know. He claims he has sent e-mails to my accounting manager as well as my owner but not one e-mail has come through. He is very rude and called me a liar when I said no one was available. He also threatens saying that if no one calls him by noon that he is going to have the "auditors proceed." I have gotten those threats for the past 2 weeks but he is lying because I don't even pass the messages on anymore and all he does is call back and threaten with a new date. He also interrupts you when you are talking. I'm sorry but if he is a debt collector he needs to find a new tactic because this bull isn't going to work with me and he is not going to get any further than my desk. The people who get paid by my company are nice and considerate and actually send e-mails when asked to instead of calling every hour. I'm not sure what company he is actually with but the caller id says GIG, INC.
A person that would not identify themselves, company or reasons for calling continuously calls from blocked phone number. The person calling asked for controller or /CFO I advised him neither takes direct calls and transferred him to the assistant.Blocked numbers almost always turn out to be unsolicited sales calls and most employees let such calls go to voice mail. He called back from an unblocked phone number, which was the 713 number and stated he would not take VM, nor would he "ever go to no assistant" and became extremely rude to me. I talked to our CFO, he's familiar with this group that wants to do collections for us, and because of this behaviour and other similar previous occurrences with this company, we will never do business with them.
Called asking for "John". We have no John. Said "they just told me to ask for John in maintenance". I asked “who is "they"?. Reply was "my company". I asked "and what company is that?" Dial tone. Thanks for wasting my time with BS. Get a real job! Who knew prank calling would one day be a skill used as an adult for some. SMH Reminded me of that land shark skit from early SNL.
I JUST HAD A PERSON CALL ME I DID NOT ANSWER AS I DID NOT KNOW THIS NUMBER SO LOOKED ON LINE GLAD I DID. I WILL NOT BE ANSWERING ANY CALLS FROM THEM AND IF THEY HARASSE ME I WILL TURN THEM INTO POLICE.
