It's actually NOT Verizon. I am not the primary account holder and still get calls from this religiously regarding a change in account, a change in bill, etc. Verizon would not and does not contact anyone but the primary holder for such matters.
Yes, this is Verizon. I am not a Verizon customer, but my son in the military is and every few months something goes wrong with his automatic bill-pay settings and I start getting his collection calls because he put me down as an emergency contact.
