Who called from 7134257721

Same RW crap calling from back in July.  Nomo zapped them this time and they didn't get through.

This is the first time they've called me and, as usual, I'm gald I checked on here. I'm glad I didn't answer my phone.

I received a phon call from the number 713-425-7721. On my caller I.D., it showed up as NGP. I'm not quite sure what organization that is. The number is a Houston, Texas based landline w/ the carrier MCI Metro Access Transmission Service. When I dialed the number back, it said the number was disconnect/no longer in service.
