Who called from 7134403239

Caller ID displayed as "Out of Area", following by an unrecognizable number. I let it go to my answering machine to screen the call. A female caller left a message saying "Hello?...Hello?...Hello?", before hanging up. I dialed back the number and there was no sound on the other line.

I did not answer but answering machine caught a woman voice saying be with you in a minute called ended.  T   3 ENERGY MGT was above this number 713- 440-3239.

This is the first time I received a call from these [***]. I answered it but did not say anything. Do these [***] not have a life?
