**SCAM** Person calling stated they were from the US Treasury office and claimed there was a pending action that could result in court action, fines and imprisonment. Did not listen to the entire message and deleted it. No government office will contact you by phone and threaten you with legal action!! these people are like roaches, they just can't be stopped. **SCAM**
Received same message as above. Someone named David Gray from US Treasury and a threat that ignoring the call would result in criminal action. Really ? Government agencies don't call but instead send letters in the mail. Also, the call was so generic and that did NOT specify for whom the call was intended for. SCAM ! SCAM! don't fall for this.
Scammers!!! Ignore the call or message from your voicemail. The caller is phishing for infromation if you will take the bait. "voicemail message: executed by the united states treasury and tending you serious attention, ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before the megistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal crimical offense. " left number (713) 481-0144 from houston, texas. Government will not call you; however, will notify you by an official government letter. Please report activities like this to local authorities.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
