This company is an illegal payday loan collection agency, the lowest of the low. They say they are working with the State, the government, and law enforcement. They are not. The government has much more important things to do than call people who owe a couple hundred bucks on a payday loan! Also, they say there is felony warrant out for your arrest. Again not true. Payday loans are a civil matter, not criminal. YOU CANNOT BE ARRESTED FOR NOT PAYING THEM! They will try to scare you by telling you to Google "writing worthless checks". You can be arrested for fraud by writing fraudulent checks on purpose, but that has nothing to do with taking out a loan and failing to pay it back! While you're on Google, look up FDCPA. It is a set of laws all debt collectors have to follow. They cannot harass you, threaten you, or impersonate law enforcement officers. They break almost every law of collections. Again they will try to tell you they are with the government, but that is simply not true. Call your local government, they will tell you that company is a scam. Also, if you really had a warrant out for your arrest, you can call your local police department and they can tell you if you have a warrant out for you.

You just have to record their calls with them breaking all the laws. My friends mother was contacted by a similar agency who was doing the same thing.
