I have received numerous calls from this number today. He does not speak english very well. When I asked him "who the [***] are you" he said "what the hell are you talking about' and started cussing me then hung up. I called the number back and he answered and I said "i've been getting calls from this number all day." he said 'yes ma'am' and proceeded to talk about me being approved for something. he did not speak clear english so it was hard to understand. i stopped him in mid sentence and said "[***] you don't ever call back" and he hung up
