Received call around noon today. On the message all I can hear is a guy saying, "My hands are tied on this." It sounds like he is talking to someone else. I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.
This number is from a scammy debt collection company. If they are calling your cell, download the app called Mr. Number, It works great and these [***] only get to bother you ONE time. You enter the number into Mr. Number and never hear from them again!
