Don't know who they are. It's a machine asking for a phone number and a file number. It's sounds like she says, "This is Avarice Receivable..." Is that supposed to be "accounts receivable?"

this number keeps calling me to confirm my location?

I picked the call and the machine asked me to confirm it is me or my address. Don't know what it was about so I hung up.
It really bug me.

got call.  It was just a 'hold music' recording.  
Nobody there.

Said they where the Internal Revenue Service and to verify my address.
