Who called from 7135101416

Caller said they were Todd from GE Home Security.

they are busy this morning. called my cell. no message. I'm pretty sure they have called my land line in the past.

said " HI !!! This is Josh from Customer Service, can you hear me?" I hung up. Called back the number and a recorded message said something like "the survey in your area has concluded".

Some goofy person calls from 713-510-1416 but does not talk. I blocked this caller already.

Caller said it was Todd from GE Security. Said I'm not interested, don't call again. Has since called back twice yesterday and today.
