Call, but no voicemail left. Given that I got a spam/survey/phishing call yesterday from a very similar number: 713 510-1416, I'm assuming it's the same clowns.
Got a call at 2 p.m. No message. I blocked the number. Interestingly it came 1-1/2 hours after another caller in an Ohio area code who was an IRS scammer. They seem to come in spurts, as if someone just sold a list of numbers and all the buyers are called at the same time.
