"Alex Smith" leaves me a message saying that it's urgent I call. When I called the next day, some Jamaican lady answers. I just went with whatever they were saying so she tried to transfer me to some guy whose apparently outta the office. When i told her "no, alex smith" she places me on hold again and comes back saying that he's also out too. I hung up after that and blocked them.
