Came across caller ID as "Sorelle Laura"... Identified herself as "Stephanie" heavy hispanic accent...representing herself from "Honeywell..the manufacturer of your home alarm/security system"..and "congratulations on being eligible to upgrade several features to your alarm system.." I told her she had old information and I have a new system and monitoring company to take me off the calling list and I hung up..added number to my blocked calling list.
