Scam call from Houston Texas on my brand new cell phone. Who ever got rid of that number must have had loads of scam calls. I may also need to get a new number. white pages.com lists that number with many scam calls.
As you are the first to post on this number thread, what exactly makes it a scam call?
What did the caller tell you?
Search engines show several business-information websites that list this number as the number of a small business in New Caney, Texas. But as those websites do not include the last date they checked the number, the rest of us who are not in the area cannot determine if the business still exists be traveling to find it. Why don't you write a letter to the Chamber of Commerce?
Caller offering credit card relief (probably along with a nice fee of course). Robo call. I'm not affiliated with this place and I'm on the do not call list, so I'll report them. Could be phishing, but I'm not taking the bait.
