Received a VM from the same guy - wanted to know if we had a Qa/Qc manager. It sounded like BS - so I goog'd the number and found this - Sure enough - BS
Some guy named Travis Evan calling for my Quality Manager, I asked if he had a name (we have a couple quality managers) and he said "just tell him it's Travis Evan from Blue Star Recycling, he knows me" I replied "Ok sir, but which Manager" Travis: "Oh, I don't remember his name." me: "ok, so this Manager who knows you, you don't know his name?" I can't transfer someone without a name, I kept asking him questions and he tried to give me the run around to try and get through. He just kept repeating that he was with Blue Star Recycling and that he wanted to know if we had a pick up because he recycles our film and x-ray film.. I told him we didn't have film or x-ray film so I was confused on who he spoke with. He was adamant that I get his information to my Manager... I'll ask them and if they don't know who he is he's on my Black List and never getting through
