Received a call today from Conn's at my work from this number. Lady told a person in our accounting dept that she was filing a report on me with the police dept for theft. I was sick at home and never received a call at home. I called the police Dept and they told me that there was no way to file a theft report for a credit bill. I only owe $53.26. I Paid on time for 3 years. My final bill said I owed zero.
Please don't buy from these people.
I regret making business with CONN'S, they refused to cancel a warranty on a big screen TV, I had tried to cancel anyway possible (mail, fax, in store)but they refused to cancel, they gave me any excuse: like they never received or they act like stupids trying to charge me something that I paid cash in their store and they are pretending it was charge in my credit account with them...they sent me a letter saying I was reported to the Bureau of Credit... if you made business with CONN'S you are going to get a poisoning animal on your neck... If they already report me to the 3 Bureaus of credit Why in the world they want to paid for something that I do not want anymore and worst of all: I always paid on time?
