Calling to "update information" with the office of Mike Davis of Keystone Services, (an electrical and carpentry company?)
I normally tell these people to take our name off their calling list, but the female caller was hostile and argumentative. She refused, and called back immediately. I told her she was in violation of federal law, but she did not seem too concerned.
Says they're Fraser Mechanical. Have called here 4 times in a row from different caller ID's, even different area codes all saying Houston, TX. Fishing for info, trying to break into the system trying extensions or names in the automated system then hang up when call is bounced to the operator.

Got a call saying they were trying to reach Mr. Benetott or something who was the engineer here but the # was no good anymore. I gave him the name of the current engineer first name only and gave him my supervisor extension. He asked if we were done with the cat (refinery term for catalyst). I told him we should be. And he asked again, "so you're finished with the cat?" Said I'm sure he said thank you and hung up.
