This number tells you on a recorded message that a warrant for your arrest is being issued. Plus there are at least 4 federal charges being filed. When you try to return the call you get a message that the magic jack customer is not available at this time.
I just got the same call one minute ago. I asked the guy for his IRS ID - he started to give me an ID starting with AH, when I asked him to repeat, he gave me another number - IR9197. Started back tracing his call and the the call originated in India.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
