This is a debt buyer that claims to be working for the state's attorney's office out of Harris County Texas. This is a scam. these people buy junk debt and use scare tactics to make people pay. These morons tried o make me pay a debt frpm a BK several years ago and threatened to have me arrested and sent to jail. I just received a call from these people and was almost out in tears because ta told me I was going to jail and needed to have someone watch my baby or she would be taken custody by state of Texas. They also threatened to suspend my license

I did the same thing too. I asked about what company they work for, they hang up the phone. So, this is a phony and scam phone call. Don't panic and don't do what they asked for. They even gave me a case number: 2014-1035955. Well, if I find out who called and threaten me with these messages, I will make sure they pay for what they ask for. So far, I got the name is Denise Thomas.
