Who called from 7139245685

I got a call from 7139245685 he sounded like he was from India, I asked to speak with a manager he said he isn't in. I said US laws say that you always have to have some kind of management in the office. He hung up with me, I called back number disconnected. Not should what I told him was true or not, but guess I scared him.

no body on the other end.

Have asked at least 4 times for this "company" to take me off their calling list. 713-924-5685 US Auto Care.
I'm also on the do-not-call registry.
