Yet another scam alarm company call with a live operator - not a pre-record (almost a pleasant surprise)!  This one claimed to be from 123 Home Security.  Didn't play long with this one, but I have kept some of these types on the line for 10-20 minutes (which tends to hamper their sales numbers).  Hung up when I didn't want to tell them how much I pay for alarm service, so I wasn't able to get additional information.  Historically speaking, they will call back and maybe I can get more info from them.
