What did the go to jail for -- wire fraud or mail fraud? Consumers, please be advised that debt is a civil matter not a criminal matter. You can't go to jail over a PDL. Posted dated checks for PDLs are not covered under "hot check" statues.

they called someone else who only knows me for 2 years and said they rachel collins and gave a case number for a loan which i have paid to get a money gram and send it to jjfs llc ,jacksonville florida,then my social security number and a recieve code had a choice of what code chose 11596 and when i send the money gram i am to call 713-904-3454 said i would be arrested
I got a call yesterday from a Benjamin Goldberg stating he was with a attorney firm called Goldstein O'Shea and divine everything leads back to this JJ FS LLC company it's totally bogus no one is coming to arrest you for a debt that you didn't pay or don't even know about.simply mention that it's extortion and watch how flustered they get. when I said extortion the guy threatened to put a warrant for my husbands Arrest through immediately don't fall for their BS
These people call to say they are filing charges against you for some old loan that you don't know about or have paid. Then wishes you good luck. They also call family and friends threatening that they will file criminal charges against you.
