Regarding getting lower interest rates before they go up....same old annoying phone calls that just change their phone number and keep calling regardless of whether you are on the Do Not Call list or not.  I rarely pick up and never give them any information.  I would never do business with anyone who cold called me.  This is just one of the newer phone numbers.
