Who called from 7139555656

Added this number to my reject list

I keep getting calls from this number but when I call back it will hang up on me after a few seconda

i get very harassing  phone calls from this number 1-713-955-5656 and have asked time and time again to please not call me about their diabetic supplies to no avail..they are rude

My caller ID shows a 12-digit number before the phone number every time they call. Does anyone know what that is? Recognized the 713 as Houston. I'm not diabetic but over 60; these kinds of calls are the very reason I refuse to join AARP...

I'm on the Do Not Call List and can't get anyone on the line to find out where to send the lawsuit.
