Who called from 7139557282

Just got a call from this saying: To accept press 1. To send a voice mail press 2.

Just got a call without leaving any mesage on 12/6/16

I've received two calls from this number in two days. I let it ring and no voicemail was left. I just signed up for the no-call registry but it's not effective for another 25 days or so.

Received call today.  Answered but no one there.  Put on cellphone reject list.

Called two times - I did not answer, not a familiar number -- no message is ever left.
