Got a call from a guy from DQ something - said that I was late on an payday loan, which I have never had. Had my SSN#, but that's about it. These people try to scare you into paying by threatening legal proceedings. Do not be afraid, do not give them any additional personal information. These are scummy scammers!

got a call from the same number they were trying to get my bank information they are scammers said they would take me to court i said good i will see you there and hung up
Just got a call from Nicole. Same #. Same threat. Told her to mail me something because I don't deal with such info over the phone. When she went silent I suggested she have a nice day. SHE HUNG UP ON ME !!
