This is an absolutely fake criminal organization using a Voice over internet phone with a Houston Texas area code and phone number, which is disconnected, by the way, calling from "Civil procedures" claiming that there was a case against my mother that she needed to be available to receive papers about on Monday between 9 and 4. The jackwagon's name was Mark Tabor. Process servers, unbeknownst to this idiot and others like him do not call ahead; they show up. No papers came because there is no case. They are just hoping somebody will believe them and pay up. A similar organization was shut down just last year for doing the same thing.
