When you call this number a recording says "Donor Privacy Protection Hot-line". They are fundraising telemarketers. I call them Telebeggars. There is no telling who they may be calling for on any given day. I don't think their calls should be classified as non-profit because although they may be calling for a non-profit organization, they themselves are profiting from their robocalls.
