Local contractor looking for work.

I made the unfortunate mistake of answering. Person was asking for Thomas Hope or Thomas Hill. They took awhile to ever respond when I said Hello. After I told them they got the wrong number, they hung up without letting me finish. I hope they're not tracking me now.

Continuing phone calls from a new scam number from alleged construction co. If they were honest company they would give their name a correct phone number. They would follow the DNC laws. But they are  crooks who want to steal you money and personal information

Picked up and said "Hello".  No response for 3 seconds, so hung up.
