any number (714) 0xx-xxxx is fictitious, after the area code the first number cannot be a '0' or '1' per the North America Dialing Plan, which has been in place for decades

This # call me 100 times. Can somebody stop this?

This number calls me every few weeks. If I answer it a robo- voice says "thank you Good Bye." I remember an x stalker of mine had a way to get a similar # from the internet and call me through his lap top.....hope its not him again :(

Is anyone trying to find out who this is and government should intervien and do something about it.
