I have received calls from 714-164-7558 and from 714-463-6157. Both are California Construction. I am in the process of blocking 23 numbers from my telephone. I have no idea how these people get my number. But, I am using my valuable time to google their numbers, find out that they are scammers, and then block their numbers. I don't even answer my phone for any of these vultures. Yet, they continue to call. I am also on the do not call list. That doesn't seem to help much.
The telemarketer from California Construction became very obnoxious when I suggested that I am not in need of their services. I informed the gentleman that I have a doctors appointment and that I must be on my way. He stated, "good, now i know you will not be home, we will just take what we want". What causes people to act in this manner?
